06/01/05 -- Hugh's Diet Dr. Pepper tattoo rears it's head once again.  If you don't remember where this body decoration came from you can hearken back to 2003 when Hugh got it. 

If you're going to slow smoke any type of meat it actually needs to be covered.  That way the smoke can really effect the meat you're cooking.  Bot didn't cover his meat because if he had you wouldn't have been able to see it.  Thus the strip wouldn't have been as visually stimulating.  I hope you'll forgive me for this.
