06/21/04 -- Well, since Hugh & Bot's inception I've shyed away from using it as any kind of journal. I know that a lot of webcomic writers use it in this way but I always felt that having commentary with the strip would tempt me to write jokes that would require explaining. However, lately I've felt those of you who are goodly enough to come check out Hugh & Bot everyday deserve some kind of explanation for changes on the website or to the comic itself so that's what this is for.

First of all I would like to draw your attention to the links section of the site. I've added a link to my buddy JDizzle. I'm sure you're all as happy as I am that he's back on the beat. You can also find witty little insertions from me over there as I serve as his sidekick for shenanigans and general tom-foolery. I go by the name "Ranma" on his site, in case you're confused. I also added a link to S.E.P., another friend's comicy flashy, thing. Suffice it to say it is hilarious and you should check it out post haste. Did I use that phrase correctly? No matter.

I'd also like some input from you, the readers. Some fans of the strip were cool enough to build me a fansite and I would love it if you guys would let me know if you like the wallpapers I've been doing and if you would like more extra stuff like that. In fact, shoot on over to the fansite and put a thread up letting me know what sort of things you want to see on the site.

I think that's a sufficient amount of me fumbling around the English language. I'll post again when there's news that is of interest to you. Until then, enjoy todays strip!
